Nondescripts RFC ran fixtures, news and membership across spreadsheets, group chats and a dated website. Information reached members late, and the club office spent hours each week answering the same questions.
What we did
We built a single platform: public fixtures and club news, plus a membership area where registrations and renewals are handled online. Club staff update everything themselves through a simple admin panel.
The result
Members find fixtures and news in one place, and the club manages its membership list without paperwork.
